Very upset over my trunk lock to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of $550! Ridiculous. The salesmen are good and helpful. I bought my Nissan Sentra and my Nissan Frontier from them. Service department is very disappointing in their estimates. Way to high for a repeat customer, me. Now I have my trunk duct taped shut and cannot use my car if it rains. Very disappointing!!!!

They were polite and calm they explained everything I got a nice car from them and it's so clean me and my wife happy that everything is good out credit was amazing and that we definitely left there with a nice car. the car drive smooth we would keep going to them to get more cars .

Their head mechanic somehow managed to strip all of the bolts under my hood during my cars last fix. The thing he fixed wasn't even necessary. Once I took it to my own mechanic he told me whoever worked on my car last was an idiot for not using a code reader. I was charged $400 for a wrong fix that would've been obvious to any mechanic.

Truck has been back to their shop 3 times for the same issue, this 3rd time it has been in almost a month. They claim they don't have loner cars or dmv computers are down, I don't understand this company. By far the worst car dealership I've ever had to deal with or family had to deal with.

Should call this place Gaslight auto sales.
?1. Advertised cash price is $1,000. More than the cash price stated on the purchase agreement. They said that's the fee for financing. Okay.... Than what's the $599. Processing fee for?
?.2 The fast talking lies they use to convince you that you need that the $2,500. Cost for the extended "Warranty" you tell them you didn't want.
(They get commission for selling these) also know you don't need the Gap insurance.
?3. When I get them to remove extended Warranty the new numbers included the new interest rate that is %2 higher to 24.99%
?.4 speaking of interest rate they say the lender is who picks the interest rate. Not true. Capital one said the dealership decides which number to use. So the lowest FICO score is what is picked which was close to a hundred points lower.
Guess what they get commission for this as well so they lie so they can grab more money out of your pocket.
?5. When I requested a copy of the credit application they said it was against the law to do so....???!!!! Yes they say it's illegal not true it's actually the opposite you should have copies of every piece of info they use of your own information used that determines the price you pay.
Do better guys praying on people who work very hard is very wrong not just legally but morally as well.
Honestly this place is shady AF. They assumed that everyone will just take what they say as truth and take the deal because because if you can't trust a person who says trust me than who can we trust.Please don't fall for the lies. On a positive note they do have decent vehicles.

Virginia cars in Hopewell Virginia is a great place to buy a great and affordable car. They made the process easy and explain everything and thank you to the sales person.
