FANTASTIC store! Best store in whole 804 area if you ask me the ladies Ciera and Nya were PHENOMENAL got me in and out with a new samsung phone in 30 minutes and answered all my questions with no issue. Definitely recommend anyone to come see them first you will NOT be disappointed. Thanks again ladies!!!!

I’ve been with Verizon for a while now, and honestly, the service has been solid. Coverage is strong pretty much everywhere I go, and I rarely deal with dropped calls or slow data. Customer support has also been helpful the few times I’ve needed them. It’s not the cheapest out there, but the reliability and performance make it worth it for me.

Ciera from the Hopewell Virginia office is a very helpful and accommodating associate. She spent over two hours trying to fix my problem. Not once did she get agitated or make me feel as she was put out by my problem. She spoke with five different associates and was determined to make my issue disappear. She definitely is a caring and patient employee who deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Ciera. Verizon is lucky to have her as an employee.
