Blonde/grey hair bank teller is very disrespectful and makes up her own rules as she goes. Refuses to cash checks written, rude and spiteful. Went to the colonial heights location and was told by the bank teller that everyone that comes in after leaving the Hopewell location has a problem with her. 2 other people in my family also have issues with this women so it’s clearly a issue with the employee. I’ll continue to cash checks at the colonial heights location.

We have been banking at Wells Fargo for fourty years. The last few visits that we have made, we encountered an unprofessional & rude employee. She began by telling us that “there was an atm” that we could have used instead, when we went to the window for a reason. After this, I hand her my license and debit card and she proceeds to ask me if I am in the car. She then asks me to remove my hat and sunglasses when the photo from my license is clearly me. This is ridiculous! And not the only time that she has done this. This employee puts the other wonderful employees in there to shame, and the worst part is all of this was over a 10 dollar check. Our visit yesterday, we visited with the same woman. I hand her my license (which is clearly me in the picture) and then she tells me that I cannot cash a 25$ check without my debit card on me (which I did happen to forget) however, my license should have been sufficient proof that it was me. This woman acts as if we are attempting identity fraud every trip we make. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Next time, we will drive right through if we see her! Not at all how you treat a customer that has been with you for 40 years.

The car ATM never has cash and you have to park and walk over. Employees inside are rude and unhelpful

Worst wells fargo ive ever been toStood in line for 20 minutes just to be told to go sit down smh8 ppl behind the glass an only one working. Seriously thinking about changing banks after this experience

I've banked here for many years, and have consistently gotten excellent customer service from both tellers and bankers. A bank isn't a place you're really supposed to enjoy going, but the staff works to make sure everyone has as pleasant an experience as can be expected. The staff is friendly, kind, and patient, both on the phone and in person, and always acts like they're happy to see you.

It was obvious I came in with my significant other to turn our accounts into joint accounts n we have held accounts here separate for years only to be treated very poorly once they found out were opening jointly thy would not do it and we had three forms of I'd and it was rufused because we were a couple

Very unprofessional I have money in my account but can't get it out. I checked my balance and it even says I have money in my account, but when I try to draw from the same atm,it says I have insufficient funds. I want my damn money. I don't advise anyone to use this bank. Unless you want to feel robbed. I plan to close my account first thing tomorrow! !!!!

You call multiple times saying I'm late even when I've made the payment on my car. When my wife answers (who has power of attorney over the vehicle and loan) they get rude and hang up on her consistently. Also they call 3-4 times a day about the same problem. I will NEVER get another loan through any wells Fargo branch again.

Cheryl Taylor would not return phone calls after account was set up and did not have checks made after promised. Manager defended her aggressively and was demeaning to me indicating that "other customers needed attention too", even though I had been waiting for 3 days. I have even been waiting for the regional office to call back too but have been incredibley disappointed in the lack of response. In my opinion.... Once they received our money, I was just a number.
