I don’t usually write bad reviews but this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Me and my friend went together and we had 2 different people she got rinestones on her nails and had more than the design I wanted I literally just wanted one color with a cross on my left ring finger that’s it. I was asked if I had a boyfriend by the guy and he kept invading my privacy when I went to check my phone. All he did was talk which is cool but I’m here for my nails. The guy my friend had took about 20 minutes and had her eyebrows done before I was even finished it took me almost an hour and I didn’t even get what I wanted. He left the part of the acrylic pink and I didn’t want that so he was changing the cross to white instead of the pink that was left over on both hands when I specifically asked for one hand. I just had to end up putting stickers over the white to make it look better. Then he continued to get mad when telling him what I wanted. Even my friend was like that isn’t what you wanted. I will never be returning there. I know all of them aren’t bad but I’m not going to be paying 100 or more to get something I didn’t even want. I hope everyone else’s experience goes better than mine.

My nails look a mess, he didn't know how to shape my nails which all I wanted was coffin shape. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE EVER.

Cleanliness: The shop is always clean. No complaints at all.

I have been coming here for the last three months to get gel pedicures. Every visit has been great! Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and the attention to detail never disappoints. The owner was my tech yesterday and he gave me THE BEST foot massage I have ever had.
The salon is clean, they use liners and sanitized tools, and they take their time. I never feel like they are rushing to get me out the door. Will definitely keep going back.

Care, precision, and detail beyond expectations!!! I had an incredible time with Tim for my birthday nails, it was a late walk in and he stayed after close time just to give me what I wanted. The care, precision, and attention to every detail for my nails was above and beyond expectations. My nails look amazing. Salon is lovely, clean, bright, and they are extremely friendly and warm to clients. Plus I loved the music lol. A+ rating from a choosy customer, I wouldn't consider any other spa from now on. I didn't had the chance to ask the name of the guy that did my pedicure but he got my toes looking GREAT. Thanks y'all ?

I got a full set of acrylic nails, one hand is longer than the other, the paint job is sloppy and not even 24hrs later the acrylic pulled off of my actual nail.
