“Our truck broke down 2.5 hours from home in Warm Springs Va. We had no idea what to do, or where to find help. The motel clerk recommended Burns Auto and we called them. They sent a mechanic to us to try to diagnose the problem. When it was determined that the truck would need to have a part ordered, Burns arranged a tow back to their shop. They ordered the part, installed it, and called us to come pick up when ready. We were shocked that the bill was less than what we expected. I wish they were closer to us as we would use for all of our vehicles. Highly recommended!”
