“The location for this hotel is amazing. You have the hot springs to enjoy and a ski area as well within a short shuttle ride. The building is very impressive and you can feel the history as you're walking the hallways. There is a large number of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The check in staff was very nice. We got offered champagne and our son got a little care package that included a few snacks and a teddy bear. The rooms in our part of the hotel have definitely seen better days. The shower was weird and we didn't have hot water in the evening. It would be fine in the morning. We did ice skating and outdoor pool on the same day and there was only one person working both. He was clearly overwhelmed but did the best he could with renting out skates to people. That meant he was unable to replenish the towels in the pool locker rooms.Despite mediocre room, I would definitely return to enjoy the hot springs pools, ice skating and skiing.”

“What a gem! From the easiest check-in experience to the beautiful setting and the delicious food, this is an ideal B&B for people who want private relaxation! There is no pressure to be social (though there is no discouragement for those seeking that too). The separated buildings are all lovely; we stayed in the Spring Suite in the Blacksmith House. It was spacious and there was clearly care taken to include historic aspects while integrating modern comforts (like the deep jetted tub). The rooms include plenty of linens, toiletries, a glass bottle freshly filled with water, an ice bucket, and a coffee maker with the necessities. Our room also had a mini fridge and an electric fireplace. The Waterwheel Restaurant made us a delicious dinner and delivered it to our room, too! The town of Warm Springs is quaint and picturesque (the lovely clock tower chimes but not too loudly; we could only hear it while outside and nearby), but do be prepared to have a plan for meals. There are no supermarkets and very few restaurants in town. Luckily, the Inn can take care of that, too! Breakfast is delivered daily in a basket; for us, the first day was egg-and-sausage biscuits, fresh fruit, a pastry, and orange juice, plus tea or coffee. The second day was a piece of breakfast casserole and a slice of banana bread plus the same fruit and beverages. Everything was great and served at the right temperature! Overall, this was one of the best places I've ever stayed, and I look forward to returning! Thank you, everyone!”

“Excellent food, reasonable prices. It's a nice place for a pleasant dinner. It's not dirt cheap nor should it be. We went in February. I imagine the deck is fabulous in the warmer months.”
