“Beautifully renovated historic building and just a lovely room and experience overall, right across the street from the warm springs. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but we had a delicious complementary breakfast with homemade muffins, quiches, sandwiches and waffles!”

“The location for this hotel is amazing. You have the hot springs to enjoy and a ski area as well within a short shuttle ride. The building is very impressive and you can feel the history as you're walking the hallways. There is a large number of activities for the whole family to enjoy.The check in staff was very nice. We got offered champagne and our son got a little care package that included a few snacks and a teddy bear.The rooms in our part of the hotel have definitely seen better days. The shower was weird and we didn't have hot water in the evening. It would be fine in the morning.We did ice skating and outdoor pool on the same day and there was only one person working both. He was clearly overwhelmed but did the best he could with renting out skates to people. That meant he was unable to replenish the towels in the pool locker rooms.Despite mediocre room, I would definitely return to enjoy the hot springs pools, ice skating and skiing.”
