The resort is in a beautiful setting with a great backdrop of the lake and surrounding mountains. Very nice beach area. There is a really great indoor facility with a legit lap pool. The resort allows dogs, which is great for my family.
Some issues:
The buildings smell moldy. Almost a stale french fry odor. Not sure how that gets resolved without gutting the buildings.
The hot tubs are kept on the cooler side, I have jokingly been referring to them as the luke warm tubs. The jets at the main tub are broken.
The slides should be at the main pool. They are a main attraction for the kids and would make the pool area more inviting and a family friendly environment. Having them at a separate pool is a huge inconvenience and just a big bummer because the pictures of the resort had them at the main pool.

Absolutely gorgeous! We had a wonderful getaway at Mariners Landing! Great amenities, beautiful views, and so relaxing and peaceful. The girls loved the pools and floating in the lake.

Love coming here. Great location for a quiet time at the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hot tub and arcade at the clubhouse are awesome, and there's a slide for kids at the pool.

Love Mariner's Landing! The amenities are excellent. The fitness center and pools are wonderful. Great restaurant on site and around the corner. Boats, docks, beach, playground, golf, etc. Something for everyone.

We booked a two night condo for and October Monday to Wednesday stay through the Mariner's Landing website.The room was nice and clean and view of lake was great.Upon arriving we found that the resort was running a two night special for Monday - Wednesday bookings for $99 per night.When I asked about this deal with the desk manager, I was advised that I did not call them to ask for it when I booked on line and therefore could not have it. Because the special pricing ad was placed at very bottom of the website I unfortunately did not see it.Perhaps my error to not read the entire website but the young man handling the desk was not interested in considering an adjustment to provide us the advertised rate. He did advise that if I provided a good review of their resort and service he would give me the rate next time we came to stay during the off season.My suggestion to the resort management is better training for their young staff in how to handle customers. With more experience and training the customer service could match the quality of the condo resorts itself.

My family booked the condo. These ppl are thieves. You can book months in advance and you might not get the room you requested. If something comes up and you need to make changes so your family can leave a day earlier, they want to charge you even more money to stay there. They don’t honor the courtesy of planning in advance. They certainly want every penny paid in advance though. Not happy with the booking experience AT ALL. Recommending other lodging!

Nice golf course accept t boxes restaurant does not cater to golfers. Ten minutes to get a hot dog act like They Really don't want to wait on the golfers Been there 3.
