My son really loved the boys and girls camp in Mathews va! A Super friendly, safe environment for kids with awesome staff! We can’t thank you enough for making this a great experience for him! We will definitely sign up for more!

The chair yoga is anything but chair yoga. You get a complete toning, stretching and cardio workout. The chair is mostly a prop. Excellent class for seniors wanting to stay flexible and ambulatory.
