Oyster Seed Holdings, LLC offers tours and tastings that are super educational, informative, and interesting, teaching the details and science behind oyster hatchery and raising. Tours are intimate, with about 6 people, and include delicious oyster and wine pairings. The food truck is excellent, offering roasted oysters, oyster Bahn mi, oyster Po boy, fried oyster tacos, and a pork sandwich with fresh veggies. Roasted oysters were excellent with the wine pairings, and even non-fans of oysters tried six and wished for more. The atmosphere is beautiful, with good music, great views, and friendly staff surrounded by water. Pro tip is to join the line at the food truck for a bottle. A wonderful, highly recommended experience.

Phenomenal experience! Learned so much about the science behind oyster hatchery and the food truck was excellent! Friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. Roasted oysters were excellent with the wine pairings! Highly recommend!!
