Even before we closed the deal on our Martinsville, VA home, we reached out to a few painting contractors for bids on painting the interior of the new home. JWP Pro Painting LLC came in with the best price and a guarantee start date of August 11th. We drove up to Hurt, VA and gave Jason (owner) a 50% deposit on the contract.
Jason and Mike arrived on the 11th and went straight to work caulking all of the baseboards and trim. Next day the painting began in the four upstairs bedrooms. This was part of the strategy as the new carpeting was to be installed on the 20th. They ensured that the upstairs was completed on time.
Today they wrapped up the final touchups and Jason did a complete walk through to ensure nothing had been missed or needed a spot touch-up.

Our home with the new Slumber Sloth color paint with its white semi-gloss baseboards and trim including the ornamental crown moulding looks breathtaking when you come in the front door to the grand entranceway (Last picture).
