They have fit me in same day, give detailed breakdowns of repairs and cost, and they sent me photos of what needed to be fixed so I have no doubts. “First we had a bad hose and they came out within 20 minutes to replace it. Second, we needed a longer hose for the same pump because they didn't carry the long one in stock and I said, if we need the longer one we'll just have to do another service call. Within an hour they were here to do the job. GREAT JOB!!”
“I was traveling through Wakefield at 4:45 on Friday afternoon. The tropical storm was moving into the area and the rain was starting. My windshield wipers failed to turn on. I pulled into Britt's and asked for help. They pulled me right in and fixed me right up. They believed I had more issues than just the fuse was taking care of and offered to give it a better look, but I did not want to take up any more of their Friday right at closing time. The wipers were working on low and high and that would get me home. I could live without intermittant. I was so grateful those guys hadn't shut down early on a Friday and were able to pull me right in. Great southern gentlemen who didn't want to leave a woman alone on Friday with wipers that were failing. I wish the Napa across the street had been as kind.....but they weren't. Kudos to Britt's! Wakefield is lucky to have them!”
