Very nice place. Clean and accessible. Cameras everywhere. Good communication with texting. Will stay as long as I need to, and feel safe doing so.

Was alright when it came to billing and such but was infested with rats, happened earlier last year, when I went back after the winter there was droppings on top of all of my bins once again and the wires on my AC unit were chewed. I called earlier in the year to report it and alls they did was give me one month free. I understand it’s under a new owner so hopefully he does better than the last.

I have nothing but the best to say about Ivor Self Storage! They are reasonable and work with you if you are struggling!! That in itself speaks a whole lot to me, most places are QUICK to caution off your unit for default. I will ALWAYS choose them when needed!

I have had a unit here for 4 years. I only got rid of it cause I didn't need it anymore. They are great people and communicate well when it comes to anything regarding the facility. I recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Since it was sold worse place to rent a unit from. Prices went up and staff are combative and not friendly. If possible I would just use another storage facility. Not to mention the last row of units flood and they won't do anything about it. Just avoid them!!!And then they respond claiming I'm being dishonest. Just stay away. They won't take accountability for anything.
