It was a very sad and difficult day when I had to have my elderly Daisy dog put down. Dr. D came to me with my sweet Daisy in my lap resting quietly, but in pain. She so gently gave her a shot that simply stopped her heart with no pain or anxiety. We'll never forget or regret that experience. Thank you so much.

I called Piedmont and told them I have this cat that came to my house in need of medical attention, cuts & bruises. They asked if I was a regular customer, I said no. I said this cat is in need of help and they said they don't take on any new patients. What a bad attitude about animals in need !

I have used Piedmont for the last almost 13 years. All the vets and techs are fabulous. They have always been so caring and compassionate. They have seen us through puppy hood to the end when we’ve had to let one go. They have treated my cats with so much patience and compassion. When any have been frightened or nervous they go out of their way to make them comfortable. My current dog gets excited as soon as he sees the building. He’s always happy to go see his friends. I will never go anywhere else, we love them!

Easy to get to building just south of Charlottesville. The vets and the staff are amazing and really care about each and every animal.

If you’re not already an existing client, don’t even try to call or ask a question …. Because if you’re not in their system, you don’t exist. Neither does your animal. Good luck to you !!
