“I went to 84 Lumber to build displays for my jewelry business. I ultimately bought a bunch of 2x4s, 2x2s, and a sheet of plywood. The gentlemen I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly, and answered my questions without bias or prejudice. As a female and this being my first woodworking project, I was nervous how this would go. But I wasn’t treated like I was dumb or ignored as I find is common at Lowe’s and Home Depot as a female. These gentlemen also shared my business cards with their families and supported my vision for my company making a lifelong customer. I’ll be going back as I expand my company and need more wood. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Also, prices were competitive with the major retailers and actually cheaper than the big box stores.”
