“Was on a road trip several years ago, and the winding road took us to the eastern shore of Virginia. had the pleasure to do business at the Pungoteague Post Office. What a throwback to when life was or seemed simpler. The staff , one person was super friendly and full of local information and history. We continued our driving around this area and found countless photo opportunities for scenic, boats, old buildings, rainbows, just terrific. The little towns or villages are just the best, peaceful down home feeling, we had a ball. We saw a beautiful double rainbow, and actually had enough time to try to find the end of the rainbow (wishful thinking), and came close but no gold....”
