A lady that seemed to have just started, (with a manager present) wanted to tell me I was not shipping a type of item that I was and tried to charge me three times as much for the rate that I was quoted. Absolutely horrible. Such a wasted trip we'll be going to the shipping store at Zion crossroads from now on.
