The lady working the kitchen is super slow. She served me cold soup. $6 for soup. She nuked it up and put the lid on then prepared three other orders passed out then came back to my order 15 min later to give me my 1 cup of soup. Then she put another soup in heated it up and gave it to someone else then gave me the soup that has been just sitting there. So I go to my vehicle and try the soup and it was very cold on the inside

I love this Exxon BUT one time, when I paid at the pump, it charged my card $250 for for fuel that was like 10 gallons or so. It was explained to me that it was an automatic charge and that the difference would automatically refunded in a few days. It was NOT. I had to go through a charge dispute process with the bank to resolve the issue. Later I had a duplicate experience with another Exxon nearby. I believe it's a corporate or regional issue with exxon. I always use cash from now on. It's not worth the hassle using a card to pay. I buy much less fuel there now.
