“My hometown Advance Auto has given me the confidence to visit other Advance Auto locations whenever I am need of automotive parts or know how. A few weeks ago I was left with a terribly noisy exhaust issue and found the nearest Advance Auto in Roanoke Rapids, NC, and just like that, problem solved. The rest of the 3 hour drive home was effortless and stress free. But I wouldn't have been so calm about the whole ordeal had I not first gotten familiar with the extensive inventory at the Kilmarnock store. Ravanne and her team have always been very helpful in finding the right parts to get my projects moving forward. Even when parts need to be ordered, they arrive so fast, it's impressive, especially for a more rural location where shipping often takes additional time.
I am just a hobby mechanic, so I'm always impressed when Ravanne or another team member can take my description of problem and explain potential solutions. Just today when I visited, Ravanne helped someone with a unique part from an older vehicle and while the part wasn't in stock, she got it ordered and the customer was ecstatic. It was so cool.

From the moment we first met them, they were extremely warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and helpful. They worked in an extremely timely manner, and kept us updated on when parts arrived, service began, and when my car was ready to be picked up.
