I had a wonderful experience with NWP Energy and staff. Caitlyn Higgins, the service advisor, helped schedule a technician. Dustin diagnosed both issues I was having and ordered the parts needed for the propane stove on my sailboat. He came back out for installation and it's working as good as new. Thank you to Caitlyn and Dustin for a great, hassle free experience!!

All the staff is amazing to work with. My husband (NOT ME!) let the propane run out at our shop and they were there in no time to fill our tanks. Just recently called to get a tank set up at our new property and was added to the schedule super quick.

I have been using NWP Energy since moving to the Northern Neck. Everyone is always so present and helpful. I highly recommend NWP for your fuel needs. A+++ service.

I called to get propane cause tank is empty. Noblett sold out and I never signed a lease on tank nor due I have a sales receipt. These people told me I need to sign a contract. Nope no contract form me . I need propane. Not politics or a contract . Not looking for regulations looking for propane

Today. I ran out of propane because my former supplier did not keep an eye on my tank. I called and they said to expect 2 -3 days for deliveryNot goodCalled NWP and they delivered a new tank and filled it within hours. NWP, you Rock.

DONT CARE FOR THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.IN 2017 I WAS TRANSIENT BETWEEN 2 HOMES. ONE IN NJ WHERE I WAS EMPLOYED AS A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL FOR 34YRS.AND CURRENTLY A PERM. RESIDENT OF VA. IN 17 I HAD A GF LIVING WITH ME. I THOUGHT SHE HAD TAKEN CARE OF THE OIL BILL AND THUS IT WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF. I QUICKLY LEARNED THAT LIBBY CALLS THE SHOTS FOR THIS PLACE. AFTER THAT INCIDENT, LIBBY INSISTED I KEEP A CREDIT CARD AT HER DISPOSAL FOR FUTURE ORDERS. GETS BETTER FUTURE ORDERS WOULD HAVE TO BE SET AND SHE WOULD CHARGE THE CARD FOR THE DELIVERY "BEFORE" THEY WOULD DELIVER! INSANE. WELL JAN 2020 I CALLED FOR A DELIVERY OF OIL, IT WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND I WAS BILLED. I THOUGHT THEY HAD RECONSIDERED THE DEMAND FROM 3 YEARS BACK. "WRONG" I PAID THE OPEN INVOICE IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AND ALL WAS GOOD. APR. 1ST 2020 I CALLED FOR A DELIVERY AGAIN. I WAS TOLD ONLY IF I PROVIDED A VALID CARD AND AN EXACT AMOUNT OF DELIVERY. IT BECAME CLEAR GOOD OL LIBBY HAD NOT RECONSIDERED. THE PERSON IN JANUARY THAT SCHED. THE DELIVERY FAILED TO READ LIBBY'S NOTES. ENOUGH OF THE INSULT AND BEING PUT INTO THE SAME CATEGORY AS THE NON PAYERS OF VA.! YES YOU GUESSED IT, I HAVE MOVED ON. BY THE WAY IT IS 12 NOON NEXT DAY AND LIBBY STILL HAS NOT CALLED TO SEE IF WE COULD WORK OUT OUR DIFFERENCES AS PROMISED. THE MORAL OF THE STORY, DONT CROSS GOOD OL LIBBY. PROPANE IS NEXT TO GO.

Very friendly service, on the phone and in person. They always come out quickly when needed. I've been a customer for over a year and have always had great service. Everyone in my neighborhood uses them too. I highly recommend them.
