I do not recommend banking with AUB. I have had one problem after another. And no longer trust the bank processes. They did admit bank error in the most recent issue but l shouldn’t have to police my financial institution. I am too invested in AUB to make a change. But have no doubt if l was able to switch the door wouldn’t hit me on the way out.

Today I came into the bank to get change and was treated very rudely by the teller Jessica, she had an additude with me, and put me in an uncomfortable position, she was also answered the phone when I was in front of her, and she almost shorted me 10 dollars in change.
When I got back to my job with the change, I was informed my my boss that the bank has shorted us in change before, and that other employees at my job have also been treated rudely by the bank.
Be careful, count your change.

Not very happy. Opened my account in September and took 4 months to get my debit card and to top it off I can’t even activate the card... Every time I call a branch I never get an answer. Very frustrating but my account is less than 180 days old so I can’t close it without being penalized.

Friendly, professional, and gave me a loan as a brand new customer when Bank of Lancaster wouldn't even though I was in good standings and had been a customer with them for over ten years. Union First Market Bank is the Bank for me.
