I called the pharmacy twice to ask if they received a shipment of the medication I've been waiting 2 weeks for.
Both times a pharmacist answered the phone, clearly heard what I had asked and hung up without saying a word.
I understand being busy hanging up without an explanation or anything is horrendous customer service.

The pharmacy staff are patient-centered, kind, and very professional as well as personable. We got our Covid and Flu shots there recently and are grateful for such good service and dedication to public health.

1. The most welcoming Walgreens I've ever been to..Locally operated, staff are pro-active eager to assist your needs. (Most recently needed assistance locating Lumnify eye drops)2. I reside in NNK & NOVA for almost a decade, Though understaffed at times, I've never had a bad experience.3. As it relates to the music, it's diverse and always brings positive vibes.(if you wrote a bad review based on music preference and the inability to focus- you should not operate motor vehicles)

Annoying music on loudspeakers -- hard to shop. Employees say to just tune it out. I say stay out until the music stops. I need quiet to concentrate.

We are very appreciative of a Walgreens pharmacist. We can’t remember her name but she spent an afternoon with us because my friends’ blood pressure machine didn’t seem to register correctly. She stayed with him, helped get blood pressure readings and called his Dr. to explain the situation. Thank you so very much!
