Damian showed up early and was ready to fix the issue with my TiVo. He was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. His expertise was very obvious because he didn’t take very long to identify the problem and get it fixed.

The reason that they get one star is their in-home tech was excellent, really awesome and knowledgeable. Outside of that, the worst service I’ve ever experienced and very expensive. Hardware that you “rent” dies within months and service is unreliable. Their website is ridiculously archaic which makes managing account and router troubleshooting difficult. Phone support was useless. The name change certainly didn’t do anything for them either lol.

it’s literally awful. i would never wish this on any company, but i hope the go bankrupt, they have horrible customer service, they never don’t try to improve, because they have a monopoly, because they’re the only internet company in the entire area. you pay outrageous prices to get bad services.constant outages and inconsistent internet spikes

Every time I have required service they have arrived on time and been friendly and helpful. They came out in less than 24 hours after my requesting them recently! Professional service that fixed the issues in an older home that has had multiple types of cable service installed in its past, I'm very pleased such high speed internet is available in my rural location, and impressed with this company

Problems with equipment and when you call the 888 phone number you can not talk to a human you have to talk to a computer. Then you have to wait up to 30 minutes to get a response. Total unprofessional, for a company that large it is poor customer service. My time as well as other customers is valuable also. I can find another service.

The other reviews are pretty spot on if you have another choice I'd go with that, the internet drops constantly and you'll never actually get the speed you're paying for.

Horrible customer service. I have waited multiple times on hold for over an hour to speak to someone. The internet is spotty and goes out all the time. If there were any other internet companies available for my house I wouldn't be an Atlantic Broadband customer

Pay for 250 mbps and maybe get 70-90. I’m a gamer and I’ll be mid-game and it’ll kick me out due to network dropping. Constantly having to restart my router. It’s the worst internet I have ever had in my whole life and expensive for no reason. Ripping people off. I’ve never had a day where my internet didn’t cut me out of a game or my phone. I live on a naval base too and the only other internet we can have is at max 50 mbps so Atlantic Broadband is the only other option for us on base and we are all getting ripped off.
