I came into the establishment with a 2:30pm appointment. Even so, I was not taken on time and walk-ins were seen ahead of me. How do I know that the customers before me didn't have an appointment? Because I asked, Lori.
WHAT IS THE REASON FOR APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR THEM?
Plus, if you are running behind, cut the small talk to business conversation only and when it is my turn as you stated as the previous customer was leaving, save the excuses. . .especially when you know what the greater issue was.
