“Came to Gautier's with an unmounted hood that needed to be painted. Other shops had thrown me a quote over the phone while Gautier's wanted me to come in so that they could see the hood and my car and ensure a match was possible (it's not easy with a tri-coat red). They took the time to understand what I wanted and *made sure* it was a perfect match to my current paint.
