Pharmacy staff rude and lazy. Unwilling to help and very poor customer service. Sad especially since a person usually goes to a pharmacy due to illness and is met with indifferent and rude staff.

Today, August 22, 2023 (Tuesday), the pharmacy 'gate' is still broken, now nearly a week. Drive-through is only option to pick up prescriptions. Just drove by, and the line of cars is all the way around the building and spilling out onto the highway. Allegedly, a tech will look at the 'gate' on Thursday, August 24, 2023.Poor management! This should have been FIXED or MITIGATED on DAY 1 !!! It is too hot and fuel is too expensive to sit in a line of cars for lord-knows-how-long.

This is the worst pharmacy! Very, very slow. I made an appointment to get my Covid booster and flu shot. I used the link they sent me. I checked in when I got there. There were 2 people ahead of me. They went in and 7 people came in 20 minutes after me. All 7 of those people were seen and they never called me. I finally left. Go to the health department for your shots. CVS sucks!

My first CVS Minute Clinic experience. I liked the doctor, but beware that you will walk out with about 5 kinds of meds, one for each symptom, because its all about the money. I found out all I needed was a ZPack to quickly get rid of what I had. Live and learn... 3 hours later, $200 down, and I am guestimating it will take at least a week to clear this bronchitis up. Not an overly pleasant experience, but it is what it is. Its all about that dollar these days. Beware.
