STAY AWAY FROM ALL CVS Pharmacies!!!!!! After being prescribed a medication to be picked up at a CVS location that was not convenient for me, they transferred 2 of the 3 medications, keeping the one for pain, and I have been in extreme pain for days now. They told me that one medication could not be transferred from another CVS. I called the hospital to inform them of what the pharmacist told me: “It would have to be cancelled and another prescription written at the correct place.” The hospital did just that and informed me it was ready for pickup. I go a second time to get my medication and they tell me it needs to be signed off on by the overseeing doctor, yet upon speaking to the hospital coordinator, they had told her I needed a preauthorization from my insurance company. When I called back to tell them I was not using insurance, they stated, “Oh! Well, anyway it seems like there is something else going on with the authorization. The doctor needs to sign off.” Upon calling the hospital back, they tell me the authorizing doctor was not there at the moment and they would have to wait for him to return.
It seems ridiculous that CVS cannot transfer prescriptions within their own system, within an hour of each other, and creates an undue stress on an already existing situation. I will never go back to this pharmacy again or request any medication to be sent to ANY CVS. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!! And at this point, CVS..,,you can keep ALL of your systematically disease-driven drugs!!!! I actually found a natural pain killer that has seemingly worked wonders.

I was disappointed that I called and was told that the quick-med clinic was open and provided DOT physicals. I arrived only to find it closed. I paid an Uber to go and come back for nothing.

Waited in the drive through Pharmacy line for 40 minutes. I ended having to pick up my children from practice and Before & AfterCare. So I left the line to return to drive through Pharmacy to be two cars behind the last cars from me previously being at CVS. Only to wait another 35 minutes. Although the lady was Customer Friendly and my transaction was prompt of 2-3 minutes. Others not so much.

I understand that your pharmacy is one of the only two in King George so customer service is not a top priority. But if I was in the store standing in line a 13:15 waiting in line I guarantee that you would have given me my subscription. But since I was in the drive through line you just closed the window and walked away even though you knew I was inline before 13:30. Well I hope your lunch is good.

Manager was very rude…. We waited at the front for 20 mins so we could drop off our ups package to only be told they don’t follow ups sizing guidelines… they expect us to know how high or big a package when clearly they were putting packages on the floor for other customers. Definitely seemed like the manager told us to try again another day because I complained about how long is was taking. Sucks because I’ve been coming to this location since it opened.

The pharmacy staff are one are very rude, particularly the pharmacist, when I was waiting on a consultation for my infant sons medication, the pharmacist couldn’t even get off of the phone to consult, he just handed me the medicine with NO consultation. Also they never have my sons medicine that he needs, they don’t ever text me like they should to tell me the medicine is in stock so when I call I have to go through their extensive audio message system to find out again it is not in stock anymore. I am just extremely dissatisfied with the service of this pharmacy but unfortunately it’s the only CVS in king George

To the young girl who answered the phone with the most nasty attitude after the 3rd time of purposefully hanging up on me when I was just trying to ask a question.. you’re a unt with a capital C. Never in my life have I been talked to with such nasty behavior, I was so nice too.. I’m baffled. Anyway… I hope you get stuck at every red light, stub your toe at every corner, and I hope your car runs out of gas in the middle of nowhere. I hope everytime you’re running late to something important, you get pulled over. I hope your water stops working. I hope you drop your phone in the toilet. I hope your power goes out right when you’re about to watch your favorite show. I hope the drive thru gets your order wrong every time. I hope your card declines on every purchase. I hope you’re using the toilet like you just took 5 laxatives and run out of toilet paper. But most of all, I hope you get fired. I had a bad day too, I don’t treat other people like garbage because of it. Disgusting behavior..

Do not go to this minute clinic, the nurse practitioner told my boyfriend he was fine and sent him home after we came in due to extreme cough, vomiting, fever, and chills. We couldn’t get an appointment at our primary care so we decided to come here. She prescribed him so medication to “help with the cough” and never sent it to the pharmacy. I had no way of getting in contact with her. I’ve worked for CVS in the past they are a joke. I took my boyfriend back to our actually doctor and he has pneumonia. Oh yeah definitely he’s fine. I was told to call the 1-800 number to try to get in contact with someone that could do their job and actually send the medication to the pharmacy. Absolutely joke.

They never have ADHD medication and don't let you know its out of stock. You have to call them, and most of the time its 2 weeks out
