Window service at the pharmacy is great... However, DOUBLE CHECK your medications BEFORE you leave, Once, I was to receive 12 injections, I paid for 12, yet was only given 4. Next, they filled the wrong mg RX (I had called to make them aware ahead of time) and they still charged my insurance company and charged me a copay for the wrong medication. Again, DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING!

Update 11/10/23. Still corny. It's so blatant how y'all are in there. The ginger at the front: stay home if you're having a trash day.Update 11/7/22. Still trash customer service. Will look right in your face and not even speak.I can see what people are saying about staff not acknowledging customers. Only in my experience was everyone other than me, the only Black person, was acknowledged. Interesting... lol

I went to the King George CVS this morning to get some products for my wife (bringing the empties for reference). As soon as I walked in, Vanessa greeted me and asked if I needed help. She took me right to the stuff I needed and made sure I was good to go. Absolutely fantastic assistant manager who definitely made my day. Wonderful service and thank you so much for the tip about H&M for tall men’s clothes :-) !!

Terrible customer service and has been for years . I blame the pharmacist for this. My father was a pharmacist for CVS for 50 years. He would not have allowed his techs to talk to customers the way they do at this CVS. If you live in King George go to Walmart.

Pharmacy staff rude and lazy. Unwilling to help and very poor customer service. Sad especially since a person usually goes to a pharmacy due to illness and is met with indifferent and rude staff.

This CVS is awful. Avoid at all cost. For example they couldn’t figure out how to get their “gate” up at the pharmacy so they force everybody to go through the drive thru on a Friday afternoon with cars wrapped around the building. Medicine is on back order so they need to order 2 days in advance, knowing that they still order the day before. Took down my phone number to give me a call when my order was ready, never received a phone call like they said. The incompetence is incredible. I can never just pick up a prescription without dealing with something.

Today, August 22, 2023 (Tuesday), the pharmacy 'gate' is still broken, now nearly a week. Drive-through is only option to pick up prescriptions. Just drove by, and the line of cars is all the way around the building and spilling out onto the highway. Allegedly, a tech will look at the 'gate' on Thursday, August 24, 2023.Poor management! This should have been FIXED or MITIGATED on DAY 1 !!! It is too hot and fuel is too expensive to sit in a line of cars for lord-knows-how-long.

Just visited the store after the pointless call to the automated answering service and the staff are just as useless as the automated system. So rude, I cannot believe anyone like that would take a job they had to interact with people. I would change my rating to zero stars but that option is not available.This review is specifically about the automated answering service. It has to be the most unhelpful, useless, aggravating system I have ever interacted with. I call about a new prescription. I don't have a prescription number, even though I have been there before, I put my birthday and phone number in and you don't know who I am. Try to talk to an actual human? No option for that. I ask for prescription status and I get 60 seconds of bs about covid 19 symptoms, vaccine information, test kits, antiviral medication. I didn't ask for that, that isn't information on prescription status. Make that it's own option. Give me an option to speak with a human after I've exhausted all of the useless automated options. Just going in circles, over and over again.

trying to get through the CVS phone system is a complete waste of time. They keep you going in circles where after 15 minutes you forget the reason you called in the first place. Hey,...maybe that is what CVS was trying to do in the first place.

I took my script to them Monday 1/23/22 today on the 27th I called them again no meds. Today when when I called again I was told this meds was not available. Tricare was with wallmart for many years this would never have happened with them.
