Kelly was so amazing and made sure I was accommodated in my inside-storage-unit. I usually go for the budget friendly deals but she ensured I was aware of the benefits of the climate-controlled unit. I couldn’t remember how to get back to my unit when I came back at the end of the day with my belongings and she found me and helped me locate my unit and reminded me where I can park for easy access to the door. I definitely received the 5-star service that I expected.

I take it since you have not responded to my many calls or emails that the reviews on you storage unit business were true and that once a good customer moves out you don't give a care. We completely emptied the unit with the exception of the moldy blanket that the leak in your roof caused. I informed you of this and you told me Not to worry about it. You would dispose of it. Not to mention the water damage to our brand new, still in the box 50 inch TV!!! The unit was in the most inconvenient location. You couldn't even pull all the way to it and still be able to open the vehicle doors because of the dumpster you placed in the loading area. No light was ever provided so I got my own and left it for the next occupant. I was really hoping the reviews were exaggerated but they were not.Once again I am requesting a refund of my security deposit for unit 42 vacated 5/30/2020. Send it to Margie D...As of today, Aug 19 2020 I have heard nothing from this owner or his assistant.

Terry turner is a made up profile by some one who is the owner or that the owner asked to post, i am not the only one the owner did this too. i sent pictures to him with clean lockers he agreed to return my deposit i live locally and had to leave town because my father went into the hospital the owner said he would meet me on sunday when i had locker cleaned out he then refused. there was a couple who left a unit with a bunch of stuff in it and left it and gave up their deposit. they told us and 3 other people we could look threw it and take what we wanted my witness was a girl helping me went threw the stuff and stacked it neatly as she shearch the unit. when we left it was only half full. the other 3 people could have done this, but if he would have meet me like he agreed when i gave him the deposit he could ave checked, but he is a liar and a crook . he has a bad reputation i have found since this event from local people. and if this dump had electricity or cameras he could have reviewed the videos! when i confronted him he said he had to pay alot of money to empty the other peoples unit and was keeping deposits of several units to cover that one unit that was not mine or the others he kept the deposit on. it is not our fault he had to pay more than the deposit HE took. and he is to blame for not having cameras and lying about meeting me and others to return deposit. every other storage company has a person who goes with the buyer at the end and checks it and hands the CASH back!!!! liar and scammer ..He currently has 9 units out for auction when i bought 2 units there was about 10!!!!! most huge places have one or two this place is very small im estimating 40 total units . i suspect he is doing things to screw people out of their belongings so he can sell for big bucks after taking the things he wants . i am going to try and reach the real people who bought the said unit. also going to have my help post a review stating the truth!! look for them . if you want to hear bunch of lies, here is the owners cell number i text the pictures to and will be using along with his messages to win a civil suit against him and the company. of course little man threatened me with having his friend the sheriff visit me!!! Do not buy storage units here. The owner will not return your cash deposit even when you have cleaned the units out good. the parking lot is a mud hole and units where soaked with water and items moldy. no lights , no electricity and no security what so ever. The owner also took an item out of unit and would not return it, don't waste your money here!!!!

Just wanted to reply to Jeff"s review because what he is saying is a LIE, he bought 2 lockers took the treasures and filled my locker up with his trash could not even get in the doorway because all his trash blocked it!! Then wanted his deposit back and leaves a bad review!
