“Customer reps were very knowledgeable and helpful. The reps where I came from were a bunch of goofballs. They didn’t know what they were doing and cut off my service for three days. What a nice change this was. It was also really fast. I had to go outside to send text messages and use Facebook, and even that only partly worked. My phone calls were dropping. This is so much better. I can stay inside and use the Internet and talk on the phone. Great service. Everything was explained. Love it! I will go back there anytime and recommend the King George office particularly.”

“This STORE AND PRAISE GOD ? FOR THE STAFF. IVE GONE THROUGH PURE HELL DEALING WITH VERIZON CORPORATE AND ALL THE REPS I'VE ENCOUNTERED AT SHORT PUMP (BESIDES ISAIAH-GOD LOVE HIM)... I HAVE A ZERO BALANCE ON MY BILL ON SET ON AUTO PAY AND IT'S PAID EVERY MONTH ON TIME MY ACCOUNT IS A BUSINESS MY BUSINESS CREDIT IS WITHIN THE TOP 3% OF BUSINESSES IN THE COUNTRY AND I PAY ABOUT $300 A MONTH FOR SERVICE FOR A PHONE THAT I DID NOT HAVE SERVICE ON FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS FOR AND I OWN TWO BUSINESSES. THEN WHEN I RECEIVED A SECOND REPLACEMENT DEVICE BECAUSE I PAY ASURION FOR INSURANCE FOR MY SERVICE DEVICE REPLACEMENT AND WE DELIVERED A DEFECTIVE DEVICE BETWEEN ASURION AND VERIZON THEY KEPT PASSING THE BOOK TO EACH OTHER AND NO ONE WAS TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY AND OR THEY DIDN'T LIKE ME BECAUSE I HAD THE AUDACITY TO BE FRUSTRATED CUZ I'M PAYING $300 A MONTH FOR A PHONE THAT I CAN ONLY MAKE A 911 CALL ON I CAN'T EVEN MAKE A SEX ONE ONE CALL TO CALL FOR HELP AND THEN AT ANY RATE I WAS ABLE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION PER CHANCE I ENDED UP TO BE IN KING GEORGE FOR THE WEEKEND, I'M STOPPED IN THAT STORE CUZ I WAS BOUND AND DETERMINED CUZ I HAVE A ALSO A BRAND NEW AND $1,600 TABLET FROM SAMSUNG THAT I PURCHASED AT VERIZON FOR MY BUSINESS THAT I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN ABLE TO USE CUZ I CAN'T REMEMBER THE SCREEN LOCK AND NOBODY CAN SEEM TO FACTORY RESET IT..... ANYWAY I'LL STOP HERE THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME REALLY AND TRUTHFULLY, HE MADE MY WORLD GO ROUND AGAIN AND a specifically ask for his name and he gave me a card with his name on it which is in the car right now and it's snowing so bad I haven't flown out to get it but very professional gentleman with long locs and the whole entire staff around him were so professional with each and every person that they were dealing with. I don't mind traveling over an hour on 20 minutes to just deal with him forever. Thank you so much for getting my phone to work sir when I find your card in the car.... “If you are leaving the navy base from A-gate, this is the closest gas station (it's only 5 minutes away). It's a pretty standard 7-11: there is a gas station with a convenience store right next to it. I was able to get gas for my car, and it's in a convenient location, so no complaints here!”
