The room is huge. The bathroom is huge. We are reward members and have stayed in other hotels up and down eastern seaboard. Service was great nd very helpful with restaurants. Room very clean. Large desk area. TV was on wall so it did not take up space. The item that put me over the top was the Dove soap, shampoo, and hand cream (not the orange smelling stuff)! Haven't tried breakfast yet.
After a night on the 4th floor, HIE lost a star. The air went to heat in the middle of the night. The man, not the young man, was of no help with the air/unwanted heat.

Stayed here 3 nights with great courteous customer service. Everyone was pleasant even other visitors .Enjoyed the free breakfast simply delicious. Caution however hallways and dining areas are quite cold. Bring a sweater.

🛏️ Room & Comfort
Clean and spacious quarters greeted me. Pillows? Cloud-soft, like sleeping on a pile of Ewok fluff. But the bed? Firmer than a TIE fighter cockpit seat—not quite my preference, though some may find it to their liking.
🍳 Breakfast
Your classic Holiday Inn Express spread—cinnamon rolls, eggs, cereal and the legendary pancake printer doing its thing. No surprises, but no disappointments either. It fueled me for the next leg of my journey.

A well-equipped gym (for those who wish to keep up with their Jedi training)
Outdoor pool and seating area—clean and relaxing
Bonus points for the grill—perfect if you're staying longer and want a more personalized feast under the stars.
🛎️ Service
Staff were friendly and helpful, with the warmth of a well-trained protocol droid. Check-in was smooth, though I did have to wait about 15 minutes past my arrival for my room to be ready—exactly at 3 PM, no sooner. Not a dealbreaker, but don’t expect early access unless you channel the Force - maybe your luck will be better.

A good basecamp with thoughtful amenities, especially for families or extended stays.

Had the pleasure of staying here this past weekend to support a wedding. The rooms are clean and well maintained, breakfast was very good, and everyone working there was extremely nice. They even stored our bouquets for us in a bigger refrigerator in the back, and gave us tips about keeping them looking nice. If I find myself needing a hotel in the area again, it will definitely be this one.

Stayed for a couple of days and enjoyed my stay. Rooms were affordable and very clean. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. The best part was the service, every person I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Special shout-out to Cy, incredibly helpful and welcoming!

Lady preparing breakfast was awesome. It was the day before her birthday and her coworkers surprised her with decorations in her area. Really made for a festive time.

I will say, this place did what it was needing to do. Cleanliness, standard exceeded. Staff, above and beyond they went to meet every expectation. Breakfast, I mean from a diet to a full blown meal; it was available. Safety, no concern at all. Bed and room, clean and satisfactory all around. Location, there's a Walmart as well as a few other stores; directly in front of the hotel. Even a few more in walking distance. I'd recommend to anyone passing through.

It was on of the best hotel experiences I have had. The coffee was ground fresh, the breakfast was amazing, and the rooms felt comfy. Next time I go the racetrack I will be staying here for sure!

Hotel seemed brand new. Very good price. Breakfast was acceptable, I had a nice bagel with butter and jelly and took a muffin for later. Staff were nice.

Walking distance to IHOP and Walmart. Big, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was amazing and available on time.
