I had to leave this post here as a sign of gratitude since that, is one of the least she asked of me. Krista Kyte and her fellow employees at the King George, VA branch are amazing! Krista helped me reopen my membership with the credit union, in addition, she processed and approved both a Auto Loan and Credit Card Application on my behalf in less than an hour! The best part about the whole process; everything was done online. There was no need to step into the branch! Talk about real convenience!!! Thanks again Krista and InFirst FCU! You have a member for life!

I recommend the checking account that doesn't have a fee. However, tellers at the Marlow Heights Branch need to be informed about the Voucher form attached.

Listen. Whoever runs this place needs to give Cindy, who works in the Call Center, a raise and the Employee of the Year Award. I am in the market for a new Credit Union. Not pleased with the place I have been banking with for the past almost 20 years, so I'm researching other banks, but mostly credit unions and Infirst is on that list. Listen, honey. I have an entire spreadsheet. That is how serious this is. I called in on a Saturday and I get Ms. Cindy on the phone. This woman loves where she works and it shows. According to the call details on my phone, she and I spoke 36 minutes. That is 3X the time I've spent with other representatives from other credit unions. Cindy wanted to make sure she answered every question and in some areas - particularly the Credit Union's Rewards Card - she served as Ambassador. Samuel L. Jackson has NOTHING on Cindy! This is why I prefer banking at Credit Unions. You get the type of down-home, personalized service that people like Cindy offers. You can't go wrong with InFirst. They're small in size, but big in Heart. Thanks, Cindy!
