I wrote a review back in June about the bait and switch tactics that this business employs.
I signed up for a rental unit in March for 136.00. I felt that was really pricey (My mom has a unit for twice this size in Pennsylvania and pays 80 dollars a month and has not had a price increase in a decade).
I explained how I had to move from another rental unit closebye because they raised their rates from 80-110 dollars in a two year period.
THIS is absolute nonsense. They raised my rent to 186.00 in June after being there for 3 months! Then I got a call that they would take off the charges if I would stay and write a nice review (here). Well they did that, and now it looks like they are back to their old ways by raising my rent even MORE to 190.00 a month!!!!
This is STORAGE. There is ZERO you have to do but sit back and collect money. I am certain that the people running this organization are not from this country because they could care less about their customers and all they are about is GREED.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
UPDATE: September 11th
I just tried accessing my storage at 6:00 pm.
I have never missed or been late on a payment. Now they have changed my lock and placed a sticker on it with a phone number.
I can’t believe this, I am positively DISGUSTED. How corrupt can you get?

The property manager David was very polite and took the time to explain and confirm everything in the setup process. Very happy with the customer service and cleanliness of this facility, highly recommended!
