I usually go for the budget friendly deals but she ensured I was aware of the benefits of the climate-controlled unit. I couldn’t remember how to get back to my unit when I came back at the end of the day with my belongings and she found me and helped me locate my unit and reminded me where I can park for easy access to the door. I definitely received the 5-star service that I expected.”

“While this facility is a bit old and somewhat worn it certainly met our needs for the time we rented the spaces.
As others have said the really big selling point is the customer service.
An earlier location was constantly upping the rent ro ridiculous prices and wasn't totally secure. Community Storage had neither of these issues and are very service oriented.
