I like coming to this place but I've notice that it needs to be updated and needs some cleaning. I bought some aquatic plants and they look like they where sitting at the store forever and bad quality.

Great spot , service not so good had to wait a bit of time at register cause no one was around unsure if store is under staff or not other then that very clean establishment.

Not sure what her name was (I forgot to ask) but the black haired girl with the snake tattoo who works in the reptile department is absolutely amazing. I'm usually highly critical of Petco and a lot of it's policies and employees, but she does an amazing job and VERY CLEARLY knows what she's talking about!! Her expertise is 10/10 and she's super friendly sweet, and she cares so much for the animals and makes it clear. Petco needs to hire more animal lovers like her who put the well being and care for such under attended animals like reptiles first and foremost. She sold us the most lovely little Schneider's Skink yesterday and we love him so much!

Drive 45 minutes for the Vetco clinic. Needed rabies shot for my dog. They wouldn't see her because she has to see the vet unaccompanied without the owner. My dog is highly reactive and no one can touch her but me and she will bite. Waste of time. This was the 5th vet I have been to and they all have these insane policies of taking the pet away from the owner to treat them. Bansfield tried to drag her into the back room and that was a no go. No consideration for special needs pets nor their frustrated owners. I even took her muzzled. Waste of time.

I purchased dog shoes over a week ago. The first set, a lg was too small, so I did an exchange for an xl, which were also too small. When I went back, (all in the same day), for a full refund, I was told there was a system error, and the refund wouldn't process. I called cooperate, who keep giving me the run around. Stating, they're having trouble with connecting with the store. You mean to tell me, that both places has issues with their computer, and phones? It's absolutely ridiculous. I fully understand things happen, an computers fail, but its been almost two weeks with no resolve is beyond unacceptable.

Employee stood there and watched me for ten minutes in the fish aisle and NEVER asked if I need any help. This seems to be on going Everytime I go there. Most of the time the employees are hanging out at the register.

I absolutely love my local petco! All the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. My candy Cane absolutely loves when she gets to go and get pets from all the staff! I've shopped online and in store and both ways have always been a very positive and pleasant experience! Keep up the AMAZING job!!
