I worked with Joan Neal and the first 24 hours were good then attitude changed quickly as soon as money was handed over for the application.It didn't even get processed until 6 days later and kept getting the run around.It finally got processed and I did the deposit for the home and tried to ask a simple question and got a attitude about it also.I decided to not take the house and get my deposits back and she carelessly left my deposits in a unsecure location where it could have been taken and I would have been out of the money, when I told her I could meet with her to get it back in person.I wouldn't recommend working with her.I didn't find my experience to be very memorable other than bad memories nor was it enjoyable.

I've used Scott's services before and I've left a review before. I'm writing this review because I just completed another successful transaction with Scott. His services exceed any other broker or agent that I've used in purchasing or selling real estate. His knowledge in every aspect of the process for selling or buying a home is extremely helpful. His connections in the greater Fredericksburg area gave us a strong advantage in working through inspections and financing. I used him to purchase a new home that closed 2 weeks ago. Scott Cleveland helped us sell our house, when we moved back to TX to be with family. We had to move before our house sold and Scott kept great communication.
