This place is very poor. Go Online and they state they have something in stock. You travel 20 miles to get it, and they don't have it. You return home and check the web again. They still say they have it, you call and speak to someone, and they say they have it. You tell them you were just there and that they don't have it. They go physically check and come back and say they don't have it and that a truck is due in today and it should on the truck. You call two days later, and the truck has not arrived, and they still do not have the product in stock, but they still say they have it in stock on their web site. Their military discount is a joke, and they pretty much embarrass the veteran at the counter when he asks for military discount. They have to apply the military discount to each item which take a while, and the other customers are waiting. Your prices are high enough can't you afford to give the veteran 10% off like most other stores whereas you are only 5% off along with the embarrassment.

One of our favorite places. Great things for our dog here, most of the time, awesome service, and if you need propane, usually available and good value.

My husband and I waited 20 minutes for someone to help us get a dog cage. I went to the cashier and asked for help, he said he would send someone over. No one ever showed up. My husband walked around to see if he could find help, they were all in the back laughing and doing nothing. Needless to say, we ended up leaving without making a purchase. I will never go here again.

I love that we have a Tractor Supply in King George. BUT I purchased 4 hens that were supposed to be California Whites. They are crazy white leghorns!!! I've had leghorns in the past and wasn't a fan!!! Now to rehome them!!

The employee kamren/ kam everytime we come in he's always nice , respectful ,and friendly he always knows what we need and where to find it when at the store he makes us feel welcome and wanted
And the cashier john is just the same as always

I purchased a trailer with no title. Tractor supply gave me the run around 3 weeks. I contacted employee named Devin and he took care of the matter himself. He was very courtios and polite and very respectful.

I’m giving 5 stars because the employees are doing their best, but something is clearly wrong if the plants look like this. I had to go to Walmart instead.

Want to give credit that's well-deserved. For the past 3 years they've always been a great store for outdoor and garden needs, and last Saturday was no exception. Looking forward to going back in a couple weeks to get some seeds. It's great to easily be able to talk to a helpful, intelligent salesperson, especially in times where customer service at other places is getting worse and worse.
