“CR Smith Transport, LLC is a family owned company that treats all employees as family. I have never worked anywhere that the owner has payed out of pocket to ensure driver had full day pay. This company goes above and beyond to take care of the drivers.I have read some of the reviews please take with a grain of salt. The bad reviews are from drivers that was not up to standard after several coaching sessions and costing the company thousands in claims. Some employees that think slander occurred left in the middle of the night after getting promoted and a increase in pay. They thought they were hurting the company. Some have asked to come back and knew they did wrong.Why would they do that if it was so bad to work here.Safety is most important and drivers need to do their part in making the environment safe for all.”
