My husband and I had been searching online for a new work vehicle for a little over a week when we came across some great deals at SRT Auto. We decided to make the trip and test drive a few Ram ProMaster 3500s.

We found one we really liked, but we still had appointments scheduled with a few other dealerships. We went to those as well, but honestly, the customer service and overall experience just didn’t compare to what we experienced at SRT Auto.

We had a few small concerns, and every single one was addressed. If something couldn’t be fixed immediately, it was covered under warranty. That level of service and willingness to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase really stood out.

Today, we went back and officially got our work vehicle, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! George, our sales representative, was truly heaven-sent. He was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.

“It's been a few months since I bought this 2013 Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn with the 5.7L HEMI V8... I bought it from Crown Automotive as a one-owner, zero-accident vehicle. It was clean as a whistle inside and out (and underneath too!). Pulls hard in every gear, shifts great. 4x4 works great, but with the Rear Mechanical LSD I haven't actually needed the 4x4. The 4th gen RAM chassis handles and stops like an SUV on pavement, but still does truck stuff, the way a truck should, off the pavement or when towing & hauling. The previous owner fitted a Cobra Cat-Back exhaust and it sounds mean. I get compliments on my new (to me) truck all the time. They handled the plates and the title on-site.
