I was on my way to colonial beach when my tire light came on. I pulled into the Sheetz and the air machine was broken. Across the street was this fantastic tire shop. I pulled in thinking a nail was in my tire. These guys quickly pulled my tire off and inspected it.
They soaked it down and found nothing wrong, put it back on and pumped it back up. I offered to pay for their services and they refused.
Fantastic service, fantastic guys. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely amazing service. They got me excellent financing with no lengthy wait. My tires were on the rim and out the door in under 40 minutes, along with changing my rotors and brakes. These guys, lead by James, are the absolute truth. And they offer a better warranty than most major dealers and shops. Don’t pass them by. They are what you need for all your car needs

I can’t speak highly enough about the gentlemen here. We had a tire valve snap off across the street and our tire went totally flat at the Sheetz. My husband walked over to ask for help and someone promptly drove over and took the tire off and drove it to their shop and repaired it for us. He was incredibly nice and it saved our day literally!

Resubmitting my review now that a couple months have passed. Suffice to say I'm quite unsatisfied.
A few weeks after getting new tires on my truck I felt some decent shaking at highway speeds. It's not my daily anymore, which is why it took me so long to notice.
I called and asked if they'd check my balance and they said I'd have to pay. This is not typical of other tire places, who will recheck the balance for free several months (sometimes up to a year) after service to correct any potential mistakes. Apparently one month is too long after service for them to check their own work.
My balance issue was significant. They put an insane and unnecessary amount of balance weights on my rims and it shook the entire truck above 55mph.
If they'd fixed it for free I'd have left my 5 stars up. Mistakes happen. But I'm not paying the same guys who messed up to do their job correctly a second time and hope they do it right.
Would recommend you go to your nearest Firestone for reliable service

**Huge shoutout to my tire guy — absolute lifesavers!**
I recently made the mistake of going to Discount Tire on 301 in King George. They sold me a used tire with a 30-day warranty for defects like bad belts. Within *minutes* of driving home, my car started shaking violently. I brought it back and they claimed it was just a balance issue and “fixed” it. Spoiler: they didn’t.
Thankfully, I brought it to my tire guy, and they immediately found the problem — a bad belt in the tire Discount Tire sold me. Even though it was still under warranty, Discount Tire refused to refund me.
But my tire guy? They didn’t hesitate. They hooked me up with a solid new tire and made sure everything was right. Super honest, fast, and genuinely care about their customers. **Can’t recommend them enough. If you want it done right the first time, go to them!*

I went to My Tire Guy for a used tire to replace a worn, leaky tire. This crew found the tire I needed, gave me a very reasonable price, and detected a valve-stem problem I was not aware of (nor did the previous establishment catch it). They replaced the stem for a few bucks, and also told me they would subtract the cost of the bill if I ever wanted to replace the tires with new ones. Jay and the guys here did a great job . . . and I enjoyed the casual conversation with the men there as well. Hope to see you all again!
