“Excellent customer service. I purchased the wooden bookshelf in the photo, but we did not have the right straps and cushions to transport it that day. We came back the following morning and they had it out at the front of the store, cleared of all items, and Aaron helped load it into the truck even though it was his day off on a Sunday morning. We strapped in the bookshelf and was on our way in less than 10 minutes!”
