Went in to trade in some old phones for an upgrade for my boyfriend and was helped by Alan. Speaking as someone who has worked in customer service my whole life, he was absolutely exceptional. There were a couple customers before me and he was working alone. He managed to make everyone feel seen while dealing with each of us as quickly as possible. My transaction took a bit longer and not only was he pleasant the entire time, but he went so far as to entertain my 5 year old with some toys from his desk (one of which he even let my son take home!). We hit a couple of snags that he quickly found a solution for. He was personable, knowledgeable, polite, proficient and nice to my kid ?? absolute rock star. Thanks Alan!!

Hostile employee. Was there Saturday November 11, about 10:30am. I was told by support to pick up a free SIM card. I get there and this darker-skinned white guy wants to charge me for it. I say “f.. it”, they will mail me one for free. I proceed to walk out, and he says “don’t ever come back here” and threatens to call the sheriff if I come back. Verizon support as it’s finest.

Took my dad in for a new phone on a Friday morning. We were grateful there was no line and Ricardo was incredibly helpful. We were in and out in only about 20 minutes with a phone that was a lot like his old one and pretty simple for him to use. It was the quickest phone service I've ever received!

The sales woman had a bad attitude soon as I walked in the store, acted like she hated having to deal with customers. I was borderline irate and few seconds away from becoming confrontational with her. Needless to say, I left without doing any business.

My husband ordered the new black iphone in the beginning of December 2022, and he was told that he would be given a call once it was ready. A month goes by and eventually my husband called the store asking after it. They sold it to someone else claiming they tried to call us! We had them look through their system, and they found they never called. They were apologetic and stated they have another one in store they can give us. They try to set it up, but find it's linked to someone else's account so they send it back to corporate to fix the issue. Well, my husband goes back to pick up the new phone, and they had sold it again! This was just 3 days after promising to give the in-store phone to us! Despicable service and poor organization! We will be calling management to make a formal complaint about the issue and will never use their service again.

My voicemail wasn't working so we went in to see if they could help. This young lady that tried to help us wasn't very knowledgeable on anything. The other guy that was there was telling her to reset my voicemail. I asked her several times & so did my husband if resetting my voicemail would delete any other information. Needless to say she wiped out my whole phone. All my apps all my passwords she cleared all my wifi settings. Still did not fix my voicemail. After all that she looked at me & said I can't help you. I called the next day to tell a manager that I felt she needed more training. They blew me off, the only response back was I'm sorry that happened to you. I will not be going back to this location. They have no respect for any customers & evidently no training on the products they are suppose to be selling.

I typically do not give bad reviews at all, but this is very important! This is literally a breach of a person's privacy!!! I went in to get a new phone. The girl transferred the information from my old phone to the new one while I sat there. I traded in my old phone so they were going to keep it. I asked her is she was going to do a factory reset to my old phone so my personal information would be cleared. She said eventually, yes. I had to request that she do it before I left! BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, the information she transferred to my phone was not my information! It was from another phone of whom I do not know. I discovered when I got home that I had SOMEONE ELSE'S contact list and their texts on my new phone! I called back to let them know and a very friendly guy said that he would leave a message for the manager to call me. Two weeks later and no return call, I finally called and spoke with her today and when I told her what happened, she said to me, "Oh yeah, that could never happen" and the information had to be mine and when I tried to troubleshoot with her on how it could have happened because it did, she blew me off and told me there was nothing she could do about it and was not willing to discuss it any further and told me that she had customers and hung up on me. My new phone shows the model name of the phone that the information came from but this rude little girl would have none of it. Even though I was completely courteous and kind and trying to be helpful, the lack of respect and unwillingness to communicate with me as a customer with real issues was unbelievable.
