Grocery shopping. Had what I needed. They should open more checkouts with real cashiers.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Dirty, unprofessional, lazy, ppl who would rather sit up and gossip and cause problems as they take your money. The whole place needs bleach and a purge.

I shop here, but also deliver via Spark, so I have that perspective. Overall, I'm falling in love with Walmart simply because they've evolved to fit my needs.

I’m writing to express my frustration after a recent experience at your supercenter. I was shocked to find that there were no family packs of chicken breast in stock—something that should be a basic, regularly stocked item in a busy store. How is it possible that a high-traffic department like meat and poultry isn't being kept up to date?
It’s clear that the staffing in this area is either insufficient or poorly managed. Are store managers not monitoring high-demand sections and reassigning staff accordingly? If not, this points to a serious lack of oversight and leadership. It seems the management team might benefit from retraining on how to actually manage store operations effectively instead of staying in offices while the store goes unstocked and customers are left disappointed.
To make matters worse, trying to purchase an item from electronics was another ordeal entirely. Customers are forced to wait just to have a product unlocked—only to wait again in line because the electronics staff don’t seem willing (or trained) to ring up a purchase if you have more than one or two items. Add to that the need to push a button and wait for someone to even show up—it’s an unacceptable customer experience.
Your store needs to get it together. Shoppers shouldn’t have to jump through hoops just to get basic items or interact with unmotivated staff. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the changes needed to better serve your customers.

This is the crappiest Walmart I've ever seen. The Ashland Walmart is so understocked and left to rot by Walmart corporate because they don't really care about rural Virginia. We have to drive to Fredericksburg Walmart to get things that are in stock and popular. The Ashland Walmart is nothing but empty shelves.
