Had my truck towed there on a Sunday. When they were closed. The owners son happened to be there and helped me swap a battery and did some further testing on the alternator. The alternator was bad to the point of smoking. He got me the pricing for a new one and he had it done before 10 the next morning! Very fair price and great customer service that started on a day off! Highly recommend!

If ZERO stars were an option I would pick that!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE! For the record I have never written a review for a company and hope to never have to again. My loss is your gain! Company is a rebranding of CJ Jeeps and that is why my project is older than the company. I Spoke to Ken back in the spring of 2022 where he sold me on the dream of my Jeep being completed by September 2022. Fast forward to fall of 2023 and basically nothing has been done. I would show up weekly for updated because the business owner wouldn’t answer a phone call nor the office phone. When I would show up on site my jeep would no longer be in shop and pushed back outside. They would not value my time and provide zero update or direction of the build(the owner was nowhere to be found). When I did find the owner he would blame it on his staff not showing up to work and redirect everything toward inter company issues; not my problem as the customer. Likely reciting like scripture “it’s only going to take a week to get the majority of it completed.” Yet this never happened. This month I go up there for a follow up due to zero progress being made in months and my Jeep in pieces and the owner is no where to be found. I have spent numerous hours and time just trying to get updated from this business owner. I was told to pick up my jeep in pieces in three days or they will start charging me $50 a day for storage. Yet, my jeep could sit for months at a time with zero update and he did not care. To no avail, some pieces that were present were damaged. This was due to me showing up for the upteenth time with zero update and the business owner going dark. Unfortunately, I yelled at the staff with “vulgar language”. This prompted the owner to trespass me due to my corse language. Don’t do business with them. Beware!!

Im a very particular person about my truck, and even down to my family's cars. When he was ar the other place he worked on my truck, now that hes at his own place he still works on all my cars 5 in total , I even brought my mother's car from Richmond to him and was completely satisfied and she never lets anyone but Nissan work on her car.That being said give them a chance and it will be done right ! And his service is outstanding.
