I shop here alot and the customer service is a zero in the morning. The products and prices are good for the area but the staff in the morning weekdays are the rudest I have ever seen and the amount of them there and the total disregard for a customer with questions. This morning a lady was selling her roosters to I guess was the person who was supposed to be on the register...I can't imagine that tractor supply is buying roosters? Then two young people were at the service desk giggling and doing what appeared to be online shopping. Didn't acknowledge me at all. I guess I will make a point to only go in on weekends or evenings.

I've lost the names.. But mainly there is this incredibly amazing helpful guy that works there that has helped us so many times and is so very knowledgeable about the chick's and even will research info for you.. gives amazing tips and knows how to sec the chick's and is so kind to our kids and us.. I'll gave to find out his name and add it inThe woman that was working with him that last day we got chick's had long dark hair and wad also kind and great.. as was the cashier! I believe she had red like orangish hair. Just a great place and we don't like to go anywhere else if possible cause the employees.. esp this man., is so kind and helpful and intelligent!

I went to tractor supply today to purchase 2 gun safes.I made it inside without anyone acknowledging me.I stood by the 2 safes I wanted for 17 minutes and still not acknowledged.the 2 sales reps were just standing there talking about anything but helping me.I finally gave up and left.the customer service here is nonexistent and I'll never spend another dime here.if I could give negative stars,I would.the only reason I left one star was because I was required to

The store didnt have what I went for, that their website said they had five of, but the cashier, Tammy gave me a better product for the same price. So the stars are for the employees (who are consistently helpful) not the store.

A good TSC ... I popped in for organic potbellied pig feed, non GMO chicken feed, and botanical hay for bunny. Great service from Lisa, including help w honoring a store sale that didn't take the first try. Lol. YES vegan friendly YES kid friendly

I have been going to this tractor supply for 2 years without much issue. I have noticed lately my rewards aren’t adding up as quickly as they used to despite my spending actually increasing. Well, today I noticed the cashier typed in what I can only assume was their phone number while pretending to type mine in. It’s not a huge deal but really makes you question the integrity of the employees and also makes a joke of the “customer loyalty” benefits.I did call the employee out and he changed the number without saying a single word to us, and slapped the keyboard when pushing enter. He handed us our receipt still said nothing at all, it was super awkward and unprofessional

Our power and water were out 73 hours from a snowstorm. With 90 percent of our area out and supplies impossible to find, we lost our only heat source. I put in an online order to King William because it was the closest that had a heater available. They had it ready to go as soon as they opened, and were more than understanding of our situation. Thanks for being there for our family!
