The King William post office is a small square brick building without much personality. Whoever designed this type of post office, and I've seen quite a few in my travels, must have been influenced by monopoly pieces (even those game piece houses are cuter!) And I know post offices aren't necessarily built to be attractive and are designed to be more functional, I think they should be more eye appealing! I mean, these are official buildings and should have some prestige! Post offices provide a great service to communities all over the country, so I wish they'd take some pride in their design! That's why when I see a unique post office, I get excited! Ok, rant over!Although, this place is tidy inside, it could use new flooring and an update! One positive note is that they offer a large selection of stamps, more than usual, so I happily stocked up on my supply! I love writing letters and cards, and choosing the perfect stamp is all part of the process. Hours 12:30-4:30 M-F, 9:00-12:30 Saturday

I love this little Post Office. Always friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure. I go out of my way to drop packages off even if it's in the opposite direction.P.S. This location doesn't do deliveries so please check the proper Post Office.I'm on in West Point. I'm in between West Pounrabd Central Garage. West Point delivers to me and they do do some of those things.There is a rural delivery form you can fill out to have all packages not fitting in your box to be taken to a spot you designate. Porch front door etc.

They can't be bothered to drive down your driveway with the package. They claimed to have made an attempt. I've been home and unable to leave all day, and they didn't even drive to my address. This is the second time this has happened. I thank god it wasn't with my medication orders.

I got a bogus update that said my package was attempted to be delivered at 2:07 pm today. It's only 11:23 am... today. I've been home all morning. Message says I can pick up my package at the post office. The customer service automated line says no redelivery option is available. This is ridiculous! Can't reach a real person for help... no wonder the post office is not doing well.
