Appreciate the caring, attentive staff in Infant Room A.The center director and assistant director were always extremely responsive and helpful during our time there. Our son loved his teachers, and it was so sweet to see him smile at them at drop off every day. They were good about giving updates at the end of the day and sharing pictures.Somehow they got him to sleep in his crib during the day too, which he will not do at home.

I took my infant here for one week last summer and then pulled her out. Honestly, I have seen more hopeful looks on inmates serving 25 to life than I saw on the aids working here. They look like they hate their lives along with your kids.

If I could give no stars I would this day care was terrible. My child was in the infant room he always came home thirsty or hungry. Because they would not give him his food or bottles when instructed. The director was no help either she could never be found and ignored your emails. The place is full of you g workers who do not care nor listen to the parents. My child came home with a deep wound on his nose and instead of telling me what happened they tried to say that he was brought in that way. They ran through his supplies as if wipes were cheap. They never washed his hands he came home smelling like old food. They also never went outside or did any stimulating activities. A waist of money.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! When the pandemic hit, daycare became extremely difficult to find, and in our family circumstance with dual working parents, an opening here at Kingstowne KinderCare was our saving grace. We owe a debt of gratitude to the amazing staff and teachers who work there daily, having the tenacity and perseverance in the midst of a PANDEMIC nonetheless to make sure our son Parker and the rest of his classmates get the vital education and learning needed especially during these important developmental toddler years. Thank you to his current teachers Ms. Monay and Ms. Khaleehal for taking such good care of him each and every day. He is reaching his milestones effortlessly and teachers like Ms. Monay, Ms. Khaleehal, Ms. Maribel, and Ms. Latoyna are to be celebrated and credited for choosing this calling of teaching. It does take a village and would like to also give thanks to Ms. Mary and Ms. Graves whose consummate leadership, professionalism and communication to us as parents exemplify the quality of care in upholding the values and mission of Kindercare and hope that higher echelons of leadership within the company are informed of that and receive appropriate accolades. Shout out also to Ms. Crystal, Ms. Helen, Mr. Alonte and the many other team members there for being part of the daily ritual of dropping him off and picking him up, knowing my son is safe and secure in their hands during the work day. Lastly, I applaud the support Kingstowne KinderCare has been as an off-post daycare option for military families. As an Active Duty Servicemember who works nearby at Fort Belvoir, I am sure I can speak for the other Active Duty parents whose children are enrolled there by saying THANK YOU for supporting us as military families. 5 stars, highly recommend, applause and snaps to Kingstowne Kindercare!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! Thank you for making Ava feel so welcome and happy on her first day back after being home for most of 2020. Starting school in a new location can be tough, so we really appreciate the warmth and extra effort towards helping her adjust back in- she loves it there already!

This by far is the BEST daycare center I have ever introduced my children to. My children love everyone of the teachers and staff. They are excited every morning to attend Kindercare . They walk in and leave out with a SMILE :)

I just want to let you know I have recommended this KinderCare many times to new parents because I am impressed each time how the teachers know each students first and last name. When I dropped off my little one this morning the male teacher knew her name and welcomed her. I’m sure it makes her feel good and a great start to the morning. It’s the little things that matter to us parents and I very much appreciate that. Please let your teachers know that it makes us parents feel so happy and safe sending our children to your school. I also love the pictures of my little one during the day. Thank you for making this part of parenting a lot easier!!

Kindercare in Kingstowne is an amazing day care with Ms. Traleece as a director! We have both our 6 year old and our 17 month old enrolled at this center, Ms. Traleece has an amazing and caring team and it is always nice to see our kids happy every time we pick them up. I have nothing but good things to say about this center. A special shout out to: Ms. Elaine, Ms. Afroza, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Symone, Ms. Helen, Ms. D. , Ms. Mary, Mr. Alante, Mrs. Latoyna and Ms. Maribel, thank you for taking care of our kids like family!

So far our experience has been wonderful here. Our son came from another kindercare and I have to say, at his old one I felt like he was just another kid lost in the shuffle and the teachers were just trying to get through the day. At Kingstown it's a totally different experience I feel like our son gets some much teacher attention and he feels comfortable and loved when he's there. I have a good feelings dropping him off everyday because I know he's in a good place with loving teachers.

Despite some administrative issues and inspection violations early on, we have been pleased with this facility. We found the teachers here to be wonderful, loving, and patient caregivers. Both my infant son and 3 year old daughter have grown to love coming here. The facility has made some improvements over the last few months to address violations, so I am happy to see they are working hard to retain families and give the best care possible to the children who attend Kinder Care Kingstowne.

It seemed that they cared about the kids, but they did not do a great job taking care of them. My infant suffered serious growth delays while in this program after they could not get him to eat or sleep at all during the day. He was not mobile yet and when I picked him up in the afternoons, he would frequently be sitting in the same place where he was when I dropped him off, with a dried bowel movement in his diaper, and he would reach his arms up and cry when he saw me like he had just had the worst day of his life. It was horrifying and heartbreaking. Needless to say, we moved him out of this center quickly.
