I live out of town and I often visit this Kohl's when visiting my mom. I love the store however the Sephora isn't that great. It's a very messy Sephora often at a product and the employees barely even helped me or smiled at me. It's like I was a bother to them to ask a question about a product. I wont be back to that Sephora location!

I am really not fond of Khols in general but this one is passable compared to most other location’s I’ve been to. Like they still have some of the tackiest clothes and home decor I have ever seen and not even in the fun way. But it’s clean, well kept up and someone actually asked me if I needed help. Also they had a few neat things in the toy department and some cute things my girlfriend might like Ironically. So I think 3 stars is reasonable. Above average considering my opinion of the chain. Good job folks. Consider my indifference a Glowing review

The selection of plus size clothes was much bigger at JC Penneys and the lingerie department was neater and there was an associate in the department to help me.
Kohls isn't the store it used to be.
I waited a long time to check out even on a week day. The only had 2 cashiers and didn't call for help.

This Kohl's store is amazing! I always find outstanding selection and the people working there are very friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend shopping at this location.

Wow. Quite possibly the worst retail experience of my life. The store associates give you zero acknowledgement, even when you are speaking directly to them. Me and my pregnant wife stood in line for 15 minutes while the inexperienced cashier STRUGGLED to apply a coupon for the customer before us. After 10 minutes of struggling the customer offered to let us go first but the cashier said no. When she finally called for help, we asked if there was another place we could check out. Blank stares. No response, when I asked if she could see us standing there she continued to pretend as if we didn't exist. Keep in mind we were next in line and after 15 minutes of no progress we left our items and left the store. Will never waste my time here again.
