These nails ARE terrible. The guy completely rushed through the process — I even mentioned that one of the nails was crooked, and while he pretended to fix it, nothing actually changed. The polish is uneven and messy around the edges, the shape is off, and there are bubbles, lumps, and bumps all over the acrylic. There’s even acrylic stuck to my skin. Definitely not worth what I paid, and I won’t be coming back.

Bubbles on the gel nails, nails are filed great however slanted on some. I do not plan on going back. Staff is friendly.

The absolute worst customer service there ever was. Literally came in for a pedicure and had two people behind me and still got told I had to wait after I had been sitting in my chair with water and all. By the time they got to me my feet were shriveled up.

Save your time and your money! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 30 years and this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. He left nail polish all over my fingers, the shape
up looks hideous, and the polish has bubbles in it. The shop smells like it has been sitting closed up musty and mildewed as if they don’t bother to clean up at all. Just ridiculous!

I have been going to Sun Nails in LaCrosse for a long time. I have always received exceptional customer service. Mr. Lee normally does my nails and many times I have had people ask where I go to get my nails done. Mrs. Lee waxes my eyebrows and I have never had any issues. The young ladies who do my pedicures are always friendly and do a great job meeting my requests.

Wei Wei Zhang Harrison has been doing my pedicures for many years! She is friendly and doesn't waste time. She does a great job as I have problems with ingrown toenails and she is able to take care of it professionally! I have been to podiatrists that did not do as good a job! Thanks Wei Wei for your professionalism! I will keep going back.

I went in to get a full set of nails. The elderly lady that did my nails was rude. She didn’t ask what I wanted until she was getting ready to cut them down so I showed her a picture and she proceeded to cut when I told her I wanted them shorter she said they would get shorter when she filed them. My pointer finger on my right hand was really crooked after she filed them and I told her so she removed it and left melted nail tip all under my nail. All the nails are no where near the shape I wanted them. They are super thin! She drilled my real nails so much before she put the tips on I can only imagine the state of my nails if I tried to remove these nails. She glued the tips to my fingers and the acrylic was so runny it’s all glued to my fingers. She just kept drilling and getting up like she was mad about having to do my nails. I got up and left with no polish or anything. I am so mad that she had no idea how to do nails! Why not just say I can’t do what you want or can’t do nails period at this point! Now I have to go pay again someone else to fix this mess because I can’t do anything with them.

Do not go to this business. Technician was not customer friendly and after completing the pedicure, grab purse and left, customer still waiting to dry in the chair. Now I see why you never see customers there. Unprofessional. The other technician said she was on her lunch break. I guess going to lunch was important than finishing her customer. This technician never smiled during the entire pedicure. Having bad customer service will ruin a business and I hope it happens to this one. I made it quite clear to the staff, will never come to their shop again. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BUSINESS.

Still charged me 40 dollars though he cut my toe and my heel I told him it hurt I got im sorry its 40 dollars did not have time to argue due to an appt happy birthday to me
