Called the store looking to see if they had a product that I needed to pick up. The young lady, Mariah, who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. She went to the area and saw what I needed, but the price wasn’t listed, (there are two variations and the one I needed costs more from what I saw on the website) so I wasn’t sure if they had exactly what I needed. She went and spoke to her manager to make sure of the price and confirmed that she had two of exactly what I needed. I know some may say that she was just doing her job, but her pleasant attitude and just overall really great customer service is refreshing. We’re quick to complain about bad service (myself included) but this young lady was great and took her time to make sure the information she gave was accurate.

In this day in time we need to stop and give praise and gratitude to associates that goes beyond expectation in Customer Service. I was in your store 09/28 . Please recognize associate Tim. He was one of the kindest and helpful young man that I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.

I work here in LaCrosse, VA. I would like the owner to tell me to my face why I'm and other employees are worth minimum wage. 12 dollars an hour? You say that we must make Tractor Supply 20 thousand and more a day. Why? It shouldn't matter if we are paid 15 or more for what you get paid in return. Why do you disrespect us and think that we, the employees should put dollars in your bank. (?)
I had a silver spoon in my mouth and turned it down. Tractor Supply how many houses, vehicles, boats, etc off the back of us?

I drove specifically to TSC to speak to anyone about my Red ( chicken) , I was desperate my Red hasn't laid an egg in a month, she was stressed ( long story). I asked, Brandon if he had chickens, he said 32. I was impressed I've got the right person,now. I showed him a pic and he said, have you thought about changing food?
I was all ears, I purchased a different brand,fed her Greek yogurt plain ( my idea) . Today we had an egg, after just one day and a month of worrying. Thank you, Brandon and to all the other employees, they make me feel like family!

Tractor Supply is blessed to have Gina. She is pleasant and old school helpful. She works hard, but makes it look effortless. She has helped me so many times and every encounter was spot on.

Tis the season for propane. I deal with Steve at Tractor Supply in South Hill, VA. You would never know how cold it is in the early mornings when I go there. Steve always has a smile on his face and a personality to match. He makes my day every time I go there. The other employees are amazing as well. Courteous and helpful and now I wish I had their names also. I highly recommend this Tractor Supply.

Worst customer service EVER! Manager has a nasty attitude and clearly is more worried about HER bottom line then the customer. We had to purchase materials from the Henderson store and when it was damaged this manager refused a return from a different store only because she didn't want to be penalized for the return. Not because she couldn't do it....but because she didn't think it would be right to hurt her bottom line (which in turn I am guessing is her bonus?) Real classy...We will take the thousands we currently spend in this location monthly to a different corporation. Thanks.
